Microsoft provides outlook with a free utility tool called the Scanpst tool. This tool is capable of fixing all possible issues with PST files. Scanpst is one of the very popular inbuilt tool that scans the structure of corrupted .pst files and repairs it. But it is not very much efficient as some problems remain unsolved even by using Scanpst. It is not able to repair oversized pst files.
