Microsoft Outlook is one of the best and popular email client application used for sending and receiving mails as well as to maintain important documents like contacts, notes, emails, journals, calendars entries, etc. Though it is very useful, you may encounter problems while using it. This error is a hexadecimal form of Outlook error arises when you attempt to connect with mail server by pressing F9 button but fail to connect. As the error message indicates that server is not available which implies that if anyone is missing or not found then you can't send or receive emails and other attachments.
