After upgrading my Outlook from 2010 to 2013, I am not able to open Outlook 2013. Whenever I try to open it, a message appears stating that “preparing for first use”. After taking few minutes, it says “processing”. But later program hangs and does not get open. Why I am getting such a message ?? Why I am not able to access PST files in Microsoft Outlook 2013 ??
